Refund and Return Policy


At Scorpion Truck Stuff, our priority is your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return process.

We will accept items that are in new condition and original packagingcurrently stocked, and less than 12 months old and we will gladly offer you the choice of an exchange or a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment.

Items will be refused and returned (freight collect) if they have been installed, assembled, painted, modified, discontinued, or are over 12 months old. Fleet order returns are assessed on an individual basis.

Shipping Returns

A return goods authorization (RGA) request must be submitted and approved by Scorpion Truck Accessories before any return of merchandise. An RGA number will be issued upon approval of your return request. To ensure a quick and easy process, we require an invoice number, part number, and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

Most products may be returned without a restocking charge for six months from the date of purchase. Some larger fleet orders may not be eligible for return or may be subject to a restocking charge. Additional fees may be incurred if the products become damaged due to poor packaging.


We will honour the warranty terms of the products we carry, as specified by the manufacturer. Defective products will be replaced free of charge but may be limited to only the defective component of an item with replaceable components. Scorpion Truck Stuff is not responsible for any paint, labour costs, or freight to and from our warehouse(s).

To request a warranty, submit an RGA request including an adequate description of the problem or defect. The use of vague terms such as “defective” or “junk” will not be accepted as valid.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue and send you an RGA via email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
